Abyssal Ability Tier List

Witness abilities split into mobility, stat buffs, learning speed, and energy management. This tier list ranks each ability type for Abyssal progression.

Mobility Abilities

Legendary Glide (S-Tier) — Essential gliding for Outer Abyss. Only on Icarus.

Dash Ability (S-Tier) — Horizontal burst at AE cost. Unlocks many echo locations.

High Jump (S-Tier) — Vertical burst. Required for Eclipse Hideout and Outer Abyss towers.

Hover (A-Tier) — Slow fall and mid-air control for precision platforming.

Moon Jump (A-Tier) — Higher jumps and slower falls at constant AE drain.

Sprint Ability (A-Tier) — Fast ground movement at constant AE drain.

Dolphin Swim (A-Tier) — Removes water speed/jump debuff. Critical for Floor 6 water.

Learning & Energy Abilities

Brilliant Learner (S-Tier) — 3x leveling from orbs. ~234 orbs to max all slots.

Quick Learner (A-Tier) — 2x leveling from orbs. ~255 orbs to max.

Energy Conservation (A-Tier) — Reduces AE cost of Rewind and abilities via 0.9^x formula.

Energy Ignorance (S-Tier) — Cancels floor altitude AE drain multiplier. Essential for Floor 5+.

Energy Harvest (B-Tier) — +1 AE per orb collected per stat point.
