Abyssal Checkpoints Guide

Checkpoints are permanent teleport points activated by interaction. They light up when active and appear in your teleport menu for fast travel during Echo hunts and backtracking.

How Checkpoints Work

Walk up to a checkpoint and interact to activate it. Yellow-lit paths often lead to optional checkpoints on off-main routes. Missing these makes 100% Echo completion significantly harder.

Totems differ from checkpoints — they save disconnect position but cannot be teleported to. SATUs on Floor 5 provide network teleportation through the orange tower maze.

Floor 1: Abyssal Sanctum Market, Training Grounds area. Floor 3: Eclipse Hideout vicinity. Floor 4: SATU Vantage, Tenebria. Floor 5: Connection Tower Top, Rooftop Vantage. Floor 6: Rufus Izakaya, Dunkore Village. Outer Abyss: Miasma Reservoir (added May 2026).
